Mulupinpa

Mulupinpa place name; in 1834 Threlkeld wrote: “the name of the site of Newcastle, from an Indigenous fern named mulubin”. In 1850 he wrote: "Mulubin in the name of the flower that abounds at the place called Newcastle hence it’s name Mulubinba".
